Al Cox graduated from Clemson University with
a BS in Ceramic Engineering in 1964.
he was a USAF pilot for 7 years, flying in Vietnam and Europe. He
managed stores for Lowe's for 7 years, and then managed his own building
supply for 10 years, as well as building and remodeling homes. BFS
Homes was started in 1990 and is involved in land development, new home
building, and real estate brokerage. Developments include Cherokee
lakes, Wise Ferry Plantation, Regency Square, Beechcreek Place, and
Foxborough and are all in the Lexington area. BFS builds 35 homes per
year in prices from the 90's to 200's plus.
